Getting involved is easy!
During a normal class period, students ranging from grades 9-12 will organize themselves in working groups, define responsibilities, document their procedures, count and record their observations, and statistically analyze their results.
Experimental Protocol
Our Evolution-in-Action program provides students with authentic research experiences that include a wet-bench laboratory approach. The supplied protocol describes the simplistic bead -transfer model over the course of a one-week period.

Evolution-in-Action Curriculum
Our curriculum was designed using a "backwards learning approach" suggested by Wiggins and McTighe in Understanding by Design, and targets Next Generation Science Standards HS-LS3-4 as well as the AP Biology Curriculum Framework.
